Currently swimming sessions dates for 2025 are as follows (the time is always at 1:15 – 2:15pm at Tynemouth Pool):

- Sat 1st, 15th and 29 March 2025
- Sat 12 and 26 April 2025
- Sat 10 and 24 May 2025
- Sat 7 and 21 June 2025
- Sat 5 and 19 July 2025
- Sat 2nd, 16th and 30 August 2025
- Sat 20 and 27 September 2025
- Sat 11 and 25 October 2025
- Sat 8 and 15 November 2025
- Sat 6 and 20 December 2025
All staff within the premises will be female including the life guard.
